How it started

Our very first project: A four beds mid-terraced house in Muswell Hill borders, in need of plenty of TLC.
We purchased this property for 273,000 (after negotiating down from 305,000 asking price) and have achieved so far an amazing 14% annual rental return… We never believed a single word estate agents were saying because we knew we could find our bargain sale. London has plenty of fish and we had plenty of patience!
